I’m a principal software architect at Savant and a member of its founding team. Twenty years of home automation platforms since then — embedded, mobile, and cloud.
Lately I work on voice assistants built on LLMs: agent orchestration, tool calling over MCP, and on-device speech in Rust.
Outside work I run a homelab on NixOS and Kubernetes — declarative infrastructure and GitOps, end to end.
